Follow these instructions in
using a tachometer.
Place the tip of the drive shaft of the
indicator against the center of the shaft
or spindle of machine under test, so axis of each
coincides within reason.
Press the Push
Button full depth and re-
lease it quickly.
When pointer stops, read the result in
revolutions per minute.
Allow at least 5 seconds between trials.

a reading.
LUBRICATION:
Oil the
shaft occasionally with a good
grade of watch oil through hole provided.
