Disassembly

Remove three screws fastening

rate and

displacement knob mounting plate to housing and

remove housing.

Tap taper pin from displacement clutch

, and

remove knob.

3. Remove two screws and remove

displacement

knob.

4. Remove

çear shift fork.

Remove displacement knob shaft and dis-

placement ciutch shaft.

Clean all

oil and reassemble.

Reassembly

Replace rate intermediate gear and set

screw.

Replace gear plate.

Replace

displacement clutch shaft and

and displacement knob

shaft.

Replace

displacement knob.

5. Place displacement clutch knob on shaft

and insert taper pin.

While gear shift fork is removed, clean

and oil

slides and replace fork. (M-6)

Disassembly

1.

Rotate

lock knob until flat surfaces of

cam

clear retainer screws.

2. Puli calibrated knob off.

3. Remove screw

washer holding low al-

titude clutch holder in place.

Loosen

3 set screws in spring case

remove case and spring.
