The separate slipping coupling associated with the autopilot and Pilot Direction Indicator linkage.

Follow the mechanism

Its operating knob and connecting rod are separate from those of the bombsight clutch.

Inspect the spring, strap and collar around the common axis to follow engagement.

Geometry follows the cited drawings and photographs. Unmeasured dimensions remain approximate; exploded spacing reveals existing model groups rather than a prescribed disassembly procedure.

The directional gyro, torque motor, clutches and indication linkage carried by the stabilizer housing.
